Description: Part of the 280km Slí Dhún na nGall, Slí na Rosann is a 65km circular route covering an area called the Rosses, which lies between the western outliers of the Derryveagh Mountains and the much indented Atlantic coast in west County Donegal. It is a wonderfully scenic, rock-strewn landscape scattered with more than a hundred lakes, which make it a draw for anglers.

Burtonport to Meenbanad
Description: A series of four walks of varying lengths centred on the old Letterkenny & Burtonport Extension Railway trackbed, which ran to Derry until closure in 1940, surrounded by beautiful coastal and inland scenery and 100 year old heritage buildings.

Description: The Ionad An Mháchaíre – Maghery Community Centre – about 3 miles west of Dungloe, is an ideal base to explore the magnificent Wild Atlantic Way with 5,000 years of archaeology, wildlife and stunning sea and cliff scenery. The centre provides a free walking map and there are a range of looped walks to suit all ages and walkers of different abilities. There is a full restaurant and a children’s playground just by the beautiful Maghery Strand.
